The Mass of Std 8 was celebrated on 4th October in the school hall. Rev. Fr. Onasis D’Cruz was the main celebrant. The theme was “Mother Earth Sustains and Governs Us.” The Penitential Rite was enacted on the abuse of Mother Earth. The final hymn was enacted as a prayer dance on the Hindi hymn “Marian.” A Snakes and Ladders game on local plants and animals was put up on the wall for students to learn about local ecology. The Mass was in honour of St. Francis of Assisi and Our Lady of the Rosary.

Drinks were also served to students, and chocolates were distributed.
