    A talk on prevention of Rabies was conducted by Education Officer. Mission Rabies- Mr. Ashok Mergiri on 7th July. He enlightened the students on how rabies is contracted and ways of prevention.

        On July 14th The Rotary Club, Panaji Mid – Town along with the interact club members held a “Tree Plantation Drive”. Medicinal plants along with flowering plants were planted by the members and the Headmistress.

            ‘AnagyaWacha Sundar’, Porvorim organised various competitions such as Elocution, one minute speech, Essay writing and short story Narration. Carina Paes from Std IX C won the 2nd place in all the above events.

              ‘The Bagless Day’ was held on 8th July in the Primary school. It was a day without book. Different activities like story telling, Singing, Card making and Games were conducted for the students by their teacher. The students enjoyed as it was a day without lessons.

                Our School in collaboration with The Dalgado Academy organised its 3rd Poetry writing workshop on 12th July. 51 students attended the workshop. The Resource person Mr. Gaudualope Dias guided the students of creating poetic phrases.
