To mark the VEER BAL DIWAS to pay homage to the great valour and supreme sacrifice of Sahebzade Zorawar Singh and Sahibzada Fetch Singh, the younger sons of the tenth Sikh Guru Gobind Singh ji . We at Our Lady of the Rosary High School, Dona Paula observed it on 4th Jan 2023 and the following awareness generation activities were conducted.

1. “Thank you” cards – to express their gratitude towards the sacrifice done by the Sahibzadas.
2. An essay and poems written on the sacrifice, courage and other values le      on Sahibzadas and their activities done by the students were displayed on the school wall.
3. 21st Jan 2023

Directorate of Education held a painting competition for students of Std IX- XII on 21st January at Ravindra Bhavan, Sanquelim. The topic was based on any one of the mantras from the book “Exam Warriors” written by Shr Narendra Modi. Manavi N. Divkar and Riddhi M Salgaonkar from Std IX participated in the same. Teacher incharge – Miss Amalia Nazareth and Miss Selma.
