Govt. of Goa, Department of Information and Publicity in association with Prime Media Goa had organized ‘Diwali Mahotsav’ at Bal Bhavan – Panaji on 19th Dec. The drawing competition on the topic ‘Indian Festival’. Ms. Asmee Kamat bagged the 2nd place in the pulse Rangoli Competition on the topic ‘Cultural Heritage of Goa’, a team of three students comprising Durga Lohar, Melvina Fernandes, and Priyanka Murgaonkar secured the 3rd place.
